  7. Fair Imprest Request to HO Accts for Book Fairs with full details with the help of Accountant
  8. Fair code registration in POS server with help of Accountant/ Warehouse Incharge
  9. Fair MIS/ Dashboard updation in ERMS with the help of Accountant
  10. Interaction with Book fair team for BF Submission / Expenses/ cash etc if required
  11. Book fair bill books/ reports sent to HO for data entry and updation in ERMS with the help of Accountant
  12. Ensuring and monitoring the fair/club cash and other revenue deposited on time and updation in the system with help of Accountant
  13. Branch Imprest request and timely submission of cash vouchers and updation in the system with the help of Accountant
  14. Attendance reports to HR on monthly basis with the help of CCE/ Accountant
  15. Updation of PNR file for Library/ incentive/ Noon book items etc with the help of CCE/ Accountant
  16. PO/ GRN  generation etc for Local purchases of books / Non book items etc
  17. Interaction with vendors / Parties etc for books / non book items purchases for incentive settlement
  18. Interaction with HO Accounts/ warehouse/ operation / IT/ HR etc for day to day basis for issues/ queries & routine works
  19. Monthly provision etc with the help of accountant
  20. Exchanging mails on daily basis
  21. Library/ Incentive orders request to central warehouse and followup with the help of CCE
  22. Interaction with warehouse on daily basis for day to day routine work & Follow-up etc
  23. Interaction with other branches / different dept / EC/ Vendor etc
  24. POS inventory & Maintenance etc, complaints to Pine labs for service related issues & follow-up etc with the help of Accountant
  25. Day to to Day HR/ admin function supervision and monitoring etc
  26. New Joinee details / exit papers to to concerned Dept etc
  27. Library / Education AR follow-up etc with the EC's
  28. Maintaing files/ reports / records etc at brach level
  29. Discussion with book fair team/ EC etc on various matters
  30. Warehouse Supervision / inventory control etc with help of Warehouse Incharge
